In certain circumstances, your order of Axiom Networking Solutions software may require us to ship Compact Discs, Media Kits or other products to you.
For shipping within Australia the cost of shipping is included in the cost of your purchase. For shipping to New Zealand and other international destinations, commercially reasonable shipping fees may be charged as negotiated with Axiom Networking Solutions.
Axiom Networking Solutions endeavours to maintain sufficient stock of all our physical products to deliver our products within the time frames outlined below. In circumstances where no stock is currently available, Axiom Networking Solutions undertakes to take all steps to arrange delivery to you as soon as possible and to keep you informed of the progress of your delivery.
In most cases, payment made before 4.30pm Monday to Friday will ensure the order is shipped by close of business by the following working day.
(A clearance delay of up to five working days may apply to payment by cheque.) Upon payment of the order, Axiom Networking Solutions strives to ensure all our clients receive physical goods within 3 working days within Australia and 5 working days for deliveries to outside Australia. |
